Within 1 hour, nakuha ko na yung documents na kailangan ko in security paper. Unlike sa ibang government agency na you have to wait for how many hours bago matapos yung transaction mo.
Yung incharge nila sa releasing pa lang ng forms e very effective na. He makes sure na tama talaga yung mga informations na nakasulat to avoid any delays. Kapag tama lahat, he will then give you a priority number. When your number is called, give your form sa verification window to check if they have a copy of the documents you’re requesting sa system nila. Then they will advise you to proceed sa payment window (P140 per copy for security paper). And then, hintayin mo na lang na tawagin ka ng in-charge sa releasing window. Ganun ka simple.
