I just found out that there are already 11 planets on our solar system! I only knew 9 of them and I can’t even memorize their proper order according to increasing distance from the sun. I read an article that a 10 year old girl won a contest for creating a mnemonics of the 11 planets on our solar system that was sponsored by National Geographic Society. Here is the winning entry:

My Very Exciting Magic Carpet Just Sailed Under Nine Palace Elephants.

And here are the 11 planets:

Mercury Venus Earth Mars Ceres Jupiter Saturn Uranus Neptune Pluto Eris

It’s our 6th year wedding anniversary. Me and my hubby just stayed home whole day and played with our children. We just ordered roast pig for dinner. No grand celebration. No surprises. No gifts. In short, it is just like an ordinary day.

I used to buy gifts for my hubby during special occasions like birthday, valentine’s, and Christmas. But for the past 3 celebrations, I was not able to buy him one. We are in a tight budget so I don’t buy things I know he doesn’t need for now. Maybe when we finally paid off our credit card debt I will buy him something even if there is no occasion.

PSP version 3.90

I slept at about 5 am the other day because of PSP. I upgraded my hubby’s psp to version 3.90 from 3.71 thru wifi using the gadget. After that, I can’t play ISO/CSO files anymore. I searched the world wide web to find firmwares that will help me read ISO/CSO files. Until I stumbled upon this website teaching how to create pandora’s battery. I wanted to try it but I realized I’d rather pay P500 to have the psp downgraded then upgraded to custom firmware rather than waste a battery that is more expensive than the service charge! The psp might not even work if the pandora’s battery is not done correctly.

I woke up early to find someone that will fix my problem. Fortunately, I was able to find one. My hubby’s psp can recognize ISO/CSO files again. I paid P500 for a job well done. Thanks to Jun. (I don’t know his family name).

I used this product for a month. It is an appetite suppressant. You have to take it 30 minutes before every meal together with 2 glasses of water. It gives you a feeling of fullness that is why you don’t want to eat that much when meal time arrives and you always burp. It is made up of green tea and java tea. You can check out their website for more information about the product. This was offered to me by the telemarketer where I also bought the body slender.

Aside from taking this pill, I also haven’t eaten even a single spoon of rice for about a month now. I also use my body slender 20 minutes a day to burn the fat. However, I didn’t lose that much weight. I only lost about 8 pounds. I think I still need to move more so that I will burn more fat and eventually lose more pounds.

A Post a Day

When I started this blog, I really thought that I should post an entry every day. But I realized that it is not the number of posts that matter, it is the quality and the message of my entry that counts regardless of how often I do it. It is about what I really think and how I really feel. It is about what’s going on with my life and the things that interests me.

When I was still in high school, I really wanted to have a tattoo. A tweety bird, casper, or a dolphin were my choices. But upon deep contemplation, I realized I never really wanted to have one. I just wanted to be “IN” kase yun yung uso that time.

When we went to the beach last Sunday, there were these 3 guys who were offering henna tattoo. So I didn’t think twice and chose a butterfly as my design. What do you think? They said it would last for about 3 weeks.

How did I spend my valentine’s? I went to LTO and finally got my temporary license – non prof. Then me, my hubby, and our son Ythan had our lunch at Jollibee. Unfortunately, it was raining the whole day so we just spent most of our time inside the car roaming around the city. Nothing so special. At night, we just watched ACROSS THE UNIVERSE.

We don’t have to wait for February 14 to show to our loved ones how special they are to us. Even small acts done everyday will do. Spending time with them is a proof that they are valuable.
